TIGER Ten Communications is owned and operated by JRC Enterprises, Inc. TIGERX.COM has existed on the web since June 1, 1995 and we have come a long way, with associates, partners and staff in many places across the United States and some on international ground. We have collectively been creating websites since 1994 before many even knew what they were.
